Thang Long Brige (1973-1985)

 Established in 1973, Thang long Construction Corporation has grown to become one of the largest State Owned Enterprises specializing in  highway and bridge construction.

   It started with the construction of the biggest bridge of the country – namely Thang Long Bridge – at that time. Being a pride of the Vietnamese people on the past, the 10km long bridge composes of 2 storeys with an upper 23m wide roadway and a railway & walkway underneath.

   Roughly 35 years have passed since it was born; Thang Long Construction corporation has successfully completed hundreds of big bridges, thousands of civil works, highways, river-ports, sea-ports, air-ports such as Kien cable stayed, Gianh, Phu Dong, Viet Tri, Chuong Duong, Yen Bai, Coc Leu, Ben Thuy, Hoang Long bridges As a result of very sophisticated engineering geological conditions, the construction of these bridges were very difficult and required complicated design concepts, specialized construction equipment, advanced construction technology together with talented experts, technicians and skillful workers.

   With a yearly increasing number of construction projects, Thang Long construction Corporation has unceasing grown and grown, steadily and rapidly developed with a growth rate of the next year higher than previous year, becoming one of the leading and prestigious Construction Corporation on the Transport Industry.
Thang long construction Corporation has been entering into joint operation with various economic groups coming from Japan, Korea, America, France, Switzerland, tendering and successfully obtaining numerous foreign invested and BOT project such as Da Bac, Kien cable stayed, Yen Lenh, Ta Khoa, Binh Cable stayed bridge, Noibai – Bac Ninh and R5 project.

   With over 35 years of experience in construction and development, Thang Long construction Corporation has accumulated a lot of construction know-how, owned various advanced, modern construction machines and equipment serving for the construction of cable stayed bridges, bored piles F 2.5m, 85m deep drilling through casters, deep drilling into solid rock layers.

   The Corporation encompasses a great number of skilled, professional experts, technicians and workers, It is willing to cooperate at all levels with partners in the construction of bridges, highways, ports..., design consultancy, vocational training, the production of  concrete girders, steel trusses and girders, pre-stressed concrete girder, cantilever balanced casting travelers, asphalt batching plants 100T/h, concrete batching plants 45m3/h. Beside manufacturing construction machines and equipment, the Corporation also offers import and export services for construction materials, equipment and labour.
